Executive Support Officer

Role Overview

The Executive Support Officer role is responsible for the coordination of the management executive team daily communications, correspondence, activities, meetings and diary management, meeting secretariat, and business reporting and briefing including data reporting collection and collation.

This role also contributes to the development of positive, effective and strong partnerships between internal and external stakeholders by providing high management and business support including document control to achieve quality standards including the execution of small projects.

The role will also be key to the organisations accreditation processes and Close the Gap initiatives.

We currently have a rare and rewarding opportunity available for a Child and Family Health Nurse and are keen to hear from experienced professionals driven to help children reach their fullest, healthiest potential.

The Child Health Nurse role is responsible for the provision of culturally appropriate maternal and child health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander maternal women / newborns, their children and families, within a primary health care setting.

We take a holistic approach to prevention, early detection and management of child developmental problems, and the role will have a strong focus on early childhood services in accordance with Galangoor’s Paediatric service delivery model.
